1. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy
All direct purchases on the Music page deliver full-quality, uncompressed digital audio files (24-bit master WAVs) immediately upon checkout completion via an instant download link and session token.
No-Refund Policy: Due to the irrevocable digital nature of instant downloadable audio files, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once a download token has been generated. If you encounter a broken link, network interrupt, or technical fulfillment error, please contact us immediately and a fresh download link will be provided.
2. Permitted Usage & Licensing Distinctions
A. Finished Tracks (Music Page Direct Purchases)
Purchases of finished original releases made directly on the Music page grant the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license strictly for personal listening and live DJ performances (club, festival, venue, and livestream playback).
Restrictions: This does not grant stem-level sampling rights, commercial sync licenses (film, TV, advertising, or games), or redistribution/reselling of the raw master audio files.
B. Instrumentals & Beats (BeatStars Licensing)
All instrumental beats, creator stems, and commercial production licenses displayed on the Beats page are fulfilled and governed exclusively by our official BeatStars store agreement. Please refer to your selected BeatStars license tier (Non-Exclusive, Premium, or Exclusive) during BeatStars checkout for specific distribution, streaming, and recording limits.
3. Free Utilities & Limitation of Liability
Browser-based utilities provided in our Tools section (including the LUFS & Loudness Calculator) are offered free of charge strictly as informational reference helpers for producers and mixing engineers.
Omnergy Productions assumes no responsibility or liability for any audio distortion, clipping, mix translation issues, mastering errors, or financial/streaming revenue impacts resulting from the use of these tools. Users are solely responsible for final export decisions and quality control in their respective digital audio workstations.
4. Fan Contributions & Tips
Voluntary tips, fan donations, and studio support payments sent through Stripe or official donation links are non-refundable creator contributions. Tips do not constitute the purchase of equity, goods, physical merchandise, or dedicated commercial services.
5. Privacy, Advertising & Telemetry
We respect your privacy and only collect information essential for fulfilling digital orders, communicating with fans, or analyzing site performance:
- •Payment Security: Payment information is processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never handle, store, or have access to raw payment card numbers.
- •Email Usage: Your email address is strictly used to deliver purchase receipts, digital download tokens, contact form responses, and opt-in VIP newsletter releases. We never sell, rent, or trade email records.
- •Advertising & Cookies: We utilize Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements on production builds. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
- •Analytics & Conversion Telemetry: We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure site engagement, player playback activity, and ad conversion efficiency. These tools record standard anonymous behavioral events without capturing sensitive personal data.
